TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Deposits must be received within 14 days of the initial date of booking. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations of one week or longer. Payment in full is required for stays of a lesser duration. Deposits made by cash, personal check, or traveler's check. Your balance is payable on arrival. AMEX,VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER Card accepted.
• In the event of your arrival beyond normal office hours, please inform us in advance.
• Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. Arebooking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total room charge for the reservation will beapplied to cancellations received in writing thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival. No refunds, credits or changes will issued within thirty (30) days of arrival.
• We regret we cannot guarantee room numbers, however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Early reservations suggested - Rates subject to change without notice - Please NO PETS ANYTIME.
